Organizational Development

Acquiring change skills.

What must we change, what should remain? The success of organizations and enterprises is closely linked to their ability to change. What is often experienced as a challenge is the ability to facilitate and create targeted and sustainable change in the context of the organization and its employees. This competence can be learned through methodical support: with active management, early involvement and dialogue of leaders and employees as well as appropriate interventions.

Leadership

Leadership

Living responsibility.

As a manager or executive, you bear the responsibility for processes, performance, and group dynamics – both in your teams and company-wide.
This brings up questions such as: How do I lead effectively? What do I stand for? What is my personal leadership vision? What strategic developments will I promote?

Learn to understand your sphere of influence even better and use it more effectively: Where is our journey going as a team or organization and how do we take our employees with us?

Together, we will look at this from an outside perspective. You work out which attitude, interventions and design of interaction can set a transformation in motion –  through conscious reflection, weighing up decisions, solution-oriented and also open-solution thinking – until a new variety of actions is open to you.

Training

Expand behavioral repertoire.

My training programs are all customized – tailored to the specific needs of your company. They are designed to be interactive, encompassing a range of learning opportunities and sparking renewed energy, curiosity, and motivation to continue working on your topics on your own initiative. Successful and sustainable training concepts inherently have a multi-module structure: they can motivate participants to apply their new skills between the units and encourage them to deepen their knowledge in the trusted circle of other participants. If the participants actively contribute their own cases and situations, the training modules provide optimal relevance to current practices.
